New Naval dispersants are anionic and on-ionic emulsifiable surfactants that create an oil-in-water micro emulsion maximizing surface tension, and are efficiently and effectively deployed in a swath from a work platform or vessel by our systems that include dispersant nozzles or dispersant arms that utilize multiple nozzles.
