In case a Client representative gives voluntarily his/her personal contact details (telephone,
mobile, email), we ensure that these data are accessible by authorized personnel only, and
that the Client representative may recall/delete them at any time by sending an email

According to the applicable regulations, we implement procedures to protect from
unauthorized access and misuse of company and/or personal data
Third Parties: We cooperate with third parties related to the services provided only (courier,
logistics, accounting services, IT Support) and we transmit only the necessary company data
in order to fulfill their contractual requirements. These third parties have signed
confidentiality statements not allowing them to use these data for other purposes.
