New Naval is expanding and seeking a motivated Logistics, Sales & Import-Export Support Admin to join our team at our headquarters in Lavrio, Attica.

Your Role

As part of the sales and logistics team, you will:

  • Provide administrative, logistical, and import-export support throughout the sales and purchasing process.
  • Coordinate export documentation, shipping, and order tracking with clients and internal teams.
  • Handle import activities in cooperation with the purchasing department, including supplier communication and customs documentation.
  • Manage and organize warehouse operations, ensuring accurate stock control and efficient flow of goods.
  • Contribute to the set-up and improvement of warehouse procedures and documentation systems.
  • Maintain and update records in our CRM and ERP systems (Soft1).
  • Support daily logistics operations related to international sales and procurement.

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
  • Strong command of MS Office (especially Excel, Outlook, Word).
  • Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems (Soft1 experience is a plus).
  • Strong organizational and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Understanding of Incoterms®, import/export processes, and customs documentation.
  • Experience in warehouse organization and stock management.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree in Engineering, Logistics, or a related technical/administrative field (TEI or equivalent).
  • Knowledge of customs procedures, freight forwarding, and inventory control.
  • Additional languages are a strong plus.
